Main Responsibilities for the Flexi Forklift Driver

• Operating a Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
• Moving, locating, and managing stock in a high‑bay racking system
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Picking and replenishing stock to meet operational demand
• Maintaining accurate stock records and completing relevant paperwork
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site rules
• Conducting pre‑use checks on all equipment before operation
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required

Skills/Experience for the Flexi Forklift Driver

• Valid and in‑date Flexi forklift truck licence (essential)
• Proven experience operating a Flexi truck in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience working with high‑bay racking systems (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work
• Counterbalance or reach truck experience advantageous but not essential
