Base pay range

Hybrid: 4 days in Central Manchester / 1 WFH

Clients: SaaS, Tech Startups, Scaleups, Enterprise Software Vendors, AI & Data Platforms

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented GTM Sales Recruiter to join a growing team in Manchester. You’ll work with fast-scaling SaaS and technology companies, helping them hire the commercial talent that drives product adoption and revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role in one of the fastest-growing areas of tech recruitment — ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial, relationship-led environment and wants to build their own niche.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit across the full spectrum of GTM roles (SDR → VP Sales → CS Leadership)
  • Partner with SaaS founders, CROs, Sales Directors and GTM leaders
  • Own the full 360 recruitment process across permanent hires
  • Develop and manage your own client portfolio within SaaS & technology
  • Build a strong network of sales professionals across UK, EU and US markets
  • Write engaging job ads, outreach messages and market insights
  • Deliver a consultative, insight-led experience to both candidates and clients

What We’re Looking For

  • ✔ Experience in sales, SaaS or tech recruitment (GTM is a bonus)
  • ✔ Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales-led environments
  • ✔ Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders
  • ✔ Proven 360 track record with consistent billings
  • ✔ Highly organised, proactive and driven by results
  • ✔ Someone who enjoys autonomy and building long-term relationships
