What you’ll be doing

• Consolidating and reporting monthly financials for global operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy




• Developing and maintaining tools to track cost absorption and operational performance




• Leading on inventory reporting and policy compliance, with a focus on standardisation and automation




• Driving SAP-based initiatives (including cost roll administration) to enhance process consistency




• Supporting strategic financial planning, forecasting, and ad hoc projects across the division




• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights and mitigate risks

What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate

• Strong background in manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting




• Advanced Excel skills; Power Query/Power BI an advantage




• Experience with SAP (ECC 6.0, BW, or related tools)




• Confident working with large datasets, performing variance analysis, and driving process improvements




• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to challenge, influence, and build credibility across functions
