The Role
The successful Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role across commercial finance and planning, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a true commercial finance business partner, working closely with marketing, operations and senior leadership teams
- Leading and supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Delivering commercial insight and performance analysis to support strategic decision making
- Building and maintaining financial models for new initiatives, investments and product launches
- Analysing key revenue drivers, sales performance and operational trends
- Supporting business cases, investment reviews and commercial modelling
- Helping develop and improve FP&A processes, reporting and systems
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to translate data into actionable insight
- Continuously looking for ways to improve reporting, processes and commercial understanding
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of finance and working closely with people across the business.
You will likely be:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experienced within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles
- Strong analytically with excellent Excel and modelling capability
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable in a hands-on role within a growing business where you can make a visible impact
