Title: Member Services Representative
Reports to: Club Manager
FLSA: Non‑Exempt

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Member Services Representative you will be a high‑energy, positive team member, delivering exceptional member service and encouraging fitness success.
- Maintain a super clean club to meet member expectations.
- Recruit new and current members for fitness classes.
- Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
- Assist with member enlistment, greetings and farewells at the welcome desk, and other club responsibilities.
- Lead by example and invite members to join our community.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Take advantage of competitive salaries, Black Card membership and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Minimum age of 18.
- Passion for helping others.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, balance, kneel up to 50 lbs and handle hazardous chemicals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Dependable and punctual.
Physical Demands
- Occasional lift, push or pull at least 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist or crouch.
