Job Description:

Iconic Resourcing is working with a key client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract until December 2025. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major HR and Payroll system changeover and support key HR initiatives, including policy development and workforce planning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system.
  • Contributing to HR policy development and ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and business transformation.
  • Managing HR data, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Overseeing employee lifecycle processes to ensure best practice.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong HR generalist experience and knowledge of employment law.
  • Proven experience supporting HR systems implementation and business change initiatives.
  • Experience in policy development, employee relations, and service reviews.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ideally, you’ll be immediately available to start.
