General Labourers- Food Processing

Permanent, Food manufacturing sector, Preston

Working hours: 4 on / 4 off (6am-6pm) or Monday to Friday – 7.30am to finish.

Location: Hull, East Yorkshire

Pay: £12.85 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (6am-6pm) or Monday to Friday – 7.30am to finish (End time depends on the finish of products daily).

Responsibilities

• Moving raw pork meat products around the factory using equipment
• Moving/emptying dolav boxes
• General labouring duties including lifting and manual handling
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Following clear instructions and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Team player who can also use their own initiative
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
