We are currently looking for a polished Receptionist to join our boutique finance client based in Marylebone. This is a hands‑on role where you will cover all elements of front of house, as well as general office administration for the wider team. This is a standalone position and requires someone proactive who will take ownership of the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They are a close‑knit, welcoming, and friendly team who genuinely enjoy working together.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests and VIPs
- Answering mainline phones
- Providing light Office Manager support
- Calendar management for senior team members
- Managing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings
- Travel bookings, visas, and wider travel support
- Ad hoc administration (with scope to take on more responsibility if desired)
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar front‑of‑house, Reception, or Administrative position
- A background in boutique financial or professional services, which is highly advantageous
- The ability to work 5 days a week in the office
- A proactive, organised, and level‑hearted approach
- A willingness to roll up their sleeves and muck in
