Precast Flooring Sales Representative

Overview

We are proud to be representing a UK Based Residential Flooring Division based in Hoveringham. This company have undergone a rapid expansion and are now looking for a Sales Representative/Estimator to spearhead the sales division.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Housebuilders and Large groundworkers
• A persistent and determined individual who is highly motivated, and target driven.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must hold a current and valid Driving Licence

Qualifications

• Technical Background in T-Beams or other precast flooring
• Basic to intermediate construction knowledge
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Ability to adapt to the customer
• Background in precast flooring to the residential market
• Knowledge selling into the residential market
• Minimum of 2 years’ in the construction industry
