Job Responsibilities
- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes and accompanying drinks.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meets our high standards for every customer in both the bar and restaurant areas.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Paying attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.
The Jolly Thresher is located in Lymm – a picturesque village adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal, attracting a variety of customers, both locals and tourists.
The site has a large outdoor area with potential and a dedicated indoor dining area where customers can enjoy our extensive fresh food menu. It also has cosy drinking areas with huge fireplaces.
