Bar Specialist (Part-Time) — Craft Drinks & Service

Compass Group UK&I Defence is recruiting a Bar Assistant to deliver quality drinks and customer service in a Defence setting. This part-time role is contracted to 20 hours per week, across up to 50.2 weeks per year, supporting our bar team and ensuring efficient service.

You will prepare drinks, handle payments, maintain bar hygiene, know our beverage offerings, and work with colleagues to represent Defence and uphold brand standards.
