We are currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing events organisation based in Sutton. This company is making a meaningful impact in the live performance space, working with both performers and venues across the UK. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in customer support or sales support, who thrives in a client‑facing environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both performers and venues, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support users of the company’s event management app, assisting with technical queries and general platform guidance.
  • Coordinate schedules and availability, helping to match performers to venues and manage shift arrangements effectively.

  • Utilise tools such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook to track bookings, update records, and manage communications.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or sales support role is essential.
  • A confident and empathetic communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role in the company.

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
  • Office‑based role in Sutton with a flexitime arrangement – no fixed start or finish times.
  • A supportive, social company culture, including quarterly team outings and regular team‑building events.
  • The opportunity to work for a company that actively supports the local community, contributing to charities focused on mental health and providing resources for disadvantaged children.
  • This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, people‑oriented environment and wants to be part of a company that values both commercial success and social impact.
