HGV Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver to join a growing logistics operation based in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver seeking stable, ongoing work with competitive pay and regular routes.

Role Overview

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across regional and national routes. You’ll be representing the company on the road and at customer sites, so professionalism and good communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and legally
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Loading and unloading goods when required
• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in full
• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork or digital logs
• Following all UK road safety and tachograph regulations

Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital tachograph card
• Previous HGV driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
