Pobl Group is seeking a part-time Project Worker to join our Supported Accommodation Scheme in Chepstow. In this role, you will provide vital support to young individuals facing homelessness, particularly those with complex needs such as mental health challenges. With the aim of promoting independence, you will assist users in gaining tenancy and living independently.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a UK Driving Licence, and a passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. Night shifts are required, and you will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing 24/7 support.
