Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Courier role located in Chesterfield, Bolsover, Nottingham. As a Courier, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering food, groceries, and other essential items to customers. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, following safety and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. You will also manage quick and efficient transportation routes to meet delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience during pick‑ups and deliveries
- Transportation knowledge and skills for efficient route planning and safe travel
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage handling and compliance with hygiene standards
- Logistics Management skills for timely and accurate delivery coordination
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes with provided training support
- Good time management and organization skills
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Experience in delivery services, transportation, or food and beverage industries is a plus
