Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fire Alarm Technician, based in West Yorkshire with some flexibility to work from home. Key responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, testing equipment for functionality, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and guidance regarding fire safety systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and expertise in the operation of Alarm Systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Life Safety protocols
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service with effective communication skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance for fire alarm systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in fire safety or related industries is considered an advantage
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are highly preferred
