Key Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing / Trainee Key Account Manager to join the dedicated Endocrinology sales team. Responsibilities

• Promoting company’s Endocrinology products in line with the company’s commercial strategy
• Driving product sales and adoption within key accounts and target regions
• Identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including KOLs
• Contributing to the development and implementation of account and KOL plans
• Using both traditional and digital engagement tools to optimise customer interactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and CRM updates
• Supporting the execution of marketing activities and commercial initiatives within your territory

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles
• A solid understanding of medical/scientific concepts relevant to endocrinology is ideal
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships
• Experience in specialty care or hospital sales is an advantage
• Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns, especially in the healthcare sector
• Ability to translate product strategy into actionable marketing activities
• Degree in Marketing, life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
• Experience identifying and managing key accounts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
• Skilled in territory planning, customer segmentation, and account-based selling
