Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Operative to join a well‑established and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied, hands‑on role working across multiple sites and sectors.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. This is a mobile role, so flexibility and a proactive approach are key.

Key Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair work across various sites
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and flooring tasks
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
• Confident in plumbing, electrical, flooring, and general maintenance duties
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectivelyStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
