About this Role
Working with a Key Stage Leader, they will drive pastoral provision forstudents in a year group and track their progress and achievements. They willhave a strong understanding of behaviour and understand that there are a rangeof factors that impact on a child’s behaviour including adverse childhoodexperiences. They will be patient, supportive, a good listener, be able tocommunicate effectively and build strong relationships with students andfamilies.
