Senior Data Architect

We’re looking for a Principal Data Architect to play a key role in defining how modern data platforms are built, deployed, and operated at scale.

This is a high-impact opportunity to influence engineering standards, platform reliability, automation, and delivery practices across a large and growing data ecosystem. Working across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Architecture teams, you’ll help drive a culture of engineering excellence while enabling the delivery of reliable, production-grade data products.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the adoption of modern engineering practices across data platforms
• Drive platform reliability, observability, quality, and operational excellence
• Define standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns that improve consistency and delivery speed
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to shape the future of the data platform
• Support the delivery of scalable data and AI capabilities across the organisation
• Act as a senior technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor across multiple teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Platform Engineering
• Experience building and operating enterprise-scale data solutions
• Passion for automation, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence technical direction and drive change across teams
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
