Salary: £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay)

The Role

We are looking for a Retail Team Driver to add to our already successful team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Work on different Retail customer sites / stores with variable travel per shift.
• Notify your count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift following correct processes.
• Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner while on site.
• Stand for prolonged periods; access equipment may be required to reach high stock.

Qualifications

• Full Driving License.
• Under 21 years of age not allowed; must be 21+.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts.
• ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner adaptable to changing technology.
• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required.
