Overview
Manager, Off Roster Finance at Warner Music Group. The Global Catalog division oversees Warner’s catalog and provides financial reporting and planning for Off Roster repertoire globally. This role reports to the VP, Off Roster Finance and collaborates with Labels and Affiliates (L&A) around the world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze L&A performance during month-end close and forecast cycles to Budget and Prior year and identify key drivers.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and review meeting decks.
- Calculate and communicate updated streaming forecasts to L&A.
- Analyze data by Market, Artist, DSP, etc. to determine drivers of performance, supported by the Business Intelligence team.
- Manage global marketing budget and provide forecasts to L&A finance teams.
- Liaise with L&A on all matters relating to Off Roster.

- Strong financial and analytical capabilities – an intuitive, strategic thinker.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable with senior level executives across different areas of the company.
- Highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced, ever transforming work environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities; works well with change; team player.
Preferred
- Degree in finance or accounting.
- 3+ years of financial and management experience.
- Music industry experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
