Job Description
Customer Sales Representative Required Bedford. The position is an office‑based role that requires experience in customer service and a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to order status, stock availability, pricing, company policies, returns authorization, documentation requests, and more.
- Review, enter, and manage customer orders, handling calls and emails, and routing them appropriately.
- Investigate production scheduling, shipping, and invoicing issues, and assist in resolving them where possible.
- Convert customer purchase orders into the system quickly and efficiently.
- Enter and book orders according to policy, follow up proactively with customers to resolve order entry issues, and escalates when necessary.
- Upsell products to customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in customer service based roles.
- Professional demeanor; excellent phone skills, strong attention to detail, and a team player.
- Customer‑first attitude; understands that the customer drives all activity.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume environment with minimal supervision.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Additional Info
- Hours: 08:30 am–05:30 pm Monday–Thursday; 08:00 am–04:00 pm Friday (30‑minute lunch break each day)
