Arthur D. Little offers internship opportunities for students nearing graduation and recent graduates from top-tier universities. Our Business Analyst Interns work as integral members of project teams, often taking on responsibilities similar to those of full-time junior consultants.
What You Will Do
- Apply strong quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data
- Design and develop tailored analytical tools to solve complex problems
- Synthesize findings into clear, action-oriented recommendations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Take initiative on both client engagements and internal projects
- Communicate insights effectively to project teams and, at times, directly to clients
- Gain early responsibility for delivering high-impact project outcomes
This role requires creativity, intellectual curiosity, and structured problem-solving. A willingness to travel occasionally may be required.
Who You Are
- Academic Excellence in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, science, or mathematics)
- Prior internship or research experience in an analytical or consulting-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to present confidently and professionally
- A motivated self-starter with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results
