• Carpentry

Additional Qualifications

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.

Communication Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.

Appearance and Tools

Responsibilities

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer what could be repaired or what our company can handle.
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Point out small fixes to the customer to help them understand our capabilities.
• Maintain punctuality and efficiency to uphold highest integrity and target customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations.

Compensation

Compensated at $35.00 per hour.
