What you’ll do day to day
- Submit required UBO (ultimate beneficiary owner) forms to MBFS financial services
- Once the UBO forms and certified documents are returned, submit information to MBFS due diligence team.
- Liaise with customers at point of order so they understand the documentation required and to help them submit it within the required timescales.
- Broker the conversations between, LBDM’s, Customer and MBFS to make sure all the relevant paperwork required is submitted in a timely manner
- Develop customer relationships to achieve maximum business customer retention.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data
Helpful skills and qualifications

- Previous experience in within the motor industry and experience using finance quoting systems.
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
