Are you ready to apply your planning expertise to impactful, high-profile projects?

You’ll advise on varied planning matters, supporting major developments and regeneration schemes. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team known for delivering high-quality, purposeful work.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex Section 106 agreements.
• Support planning committees and advise on queries.
• Progress compulsory purchase orders and regeneration work.
• Collaborate across teams on major projects.
• Deliver client training and support business development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years’ PQE in planning law.
• Strong experience with Section 106 and CPOs.
• Confident advising committees and managing appeals.
• Ability to support and guide junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
