In this role, you will provide high-quality spa treatments in line with Bvlgari brand standards, ensuring outstanding levels of professionalism, care and attention to detail at every stage of the guest journey. Through thorough consultations and tailored treatments, you will respond intuitively to individual guest needs, while offering expert aftercare advice and supporting revenue generation through retail sales, upselling and cross‑selling. You will work collaboratively within a close‑knit spa team to maintain immaculate treatment environments, uphold health, safety and hygiene standards, and support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the spa. As an Ambassador for Bvlgari Hotel London, you will represent the brand with warmth, discretion and a commitment to excellence at all times. The role primarily involves weekend coverage; full flexibility is required as shifts may also include weekdays, evenings and peak business periods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver spa treatments to an exceptional standard in line with hotel protocols
- Conduct detailed consultations to tailor treatments to individual guest needs
- Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend suitable retail products
- Support retail sales, upselling and repeat business initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Accurately record guest preferences and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Support opening and closing procedures and report maintenance issues
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury spa or five‑star hotel environment
- Recognized holistic and/or beauty therapy qualifications
- Excellent treatment delivery, communication skills, and attention to detail
