We are seeking a proactive and robust Office Assistant to join a small, busy team, based in Hatfield on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be confident, possess excellent communication skills, good admin skills and also be happy to make the tea!
Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering phones and managing communication.
- Management and printing of emails.
- Making tea and coffee for the team and visitors.
- Performing ad-hoc office duties as required.
- Utilising MS Office and CRM systems effectively; training on internal CRM will be provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of Emails CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Quick learner and proactive in managing tasks.
- Robust personality, able to handle dynamic challenges.
