You’ll be responsible for driving quality, structure and efficiency to ensure our consultants are set up for success and our clients receive a seamless, impactful service.

Product Delivery Operations Manager

Resource & Capacity Planning

  • Own capacity planning and forecasting for the Consulting team.
  • Ensure every project is resourced effectively with trained and skilled team members.
  • Work closely with Sales to understand upcoming pipeline and plan future resource needs.

Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence

  • Monitor consulting and onboarding projects to ensure delivery is on track, within budget and meeting client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early.
  • Keep project systems up to date to enable reliable reporting and visibility.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide direct line management to the Senior Project Coordinator.
  • Operate as a “player manager” supporting coordinators while also helping produce project timelines and manage consultant workloads.
  • Champion a culture of high performance, service excellence and continuous improvement.

Quality, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the internal environment for delivering Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Consulting to build meaningful MI and management reporting packs for SLT.
  • Build better reporting frameworks and lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes and delivery practices.
  • Ensure Statements of Work and project documentation are accurate, clear, and high quality.
