We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Finance Administrator to support a busy finance team. They would like someone on a temporary basis to start immediately. This role can be full time 37 hours or part time 30 hours. The RoleWorking closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll support day-to-day finance operations with a focus on purchase ledger, reconciliations, and general finance admin.Key Duties
- Managing the finance inbox and queries
- Processing invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supporting payment runs and bank updates
- Assisting with month-end and other finance tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in accounts, finance, or purchase ledger
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Confident with Excel and finance systems
- Organised, proactive, and team-focused
