Hybrid – London/East Sussex 2 days per month
Contract: initial 6 months
The successful candidate will play a key role in defining solution architecture for end‑to‑end pension solutions, potentially spanning a variety of business portfolios within a specific market area.
Applicants should bring a strong background and in-depth knowledge of the pensions industry, particularly in defined benefit (DB) schemes and administration. Experience within the Pension Risk Transfer domain would be highly advantageous.
The role requires confidence in operating within a consulting‑led environment, including engaging effectively with senior business stakeholders and presenting solutions in a commercially informed way. Building strong, collaborative relationships across multiple teams is essential.
Candidates should also be comfortable designing and delivering solution architecture within large, complex projects, working closely with both business and technology delivery teams.
