  • Reporting & Analytics: Design complex Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, etc.) utilizing advanced Calculated Fields for precise entitlement units, leave type segment security, and time‑off transfer balance units.
  • Integrations & Data: Maintain strong hands‑on capability in creating, launching, and troubleshooting Inbound/Outbound EIBs, web services, and Core HCM foundational structures.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases. Conduct rigorous manual and regression testing for client deployments and bi‑annual Workday Feature Releases to ensure zero production downtime.
  • Client Advisory: Partner directly with HR stakeholders and global project teams to gather complex requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and proactively advise on Workday best practices.
