Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive commercial growth across our Controls & Chemistry business area, including established brands such as Vickers, Reagecon, and Industrial Glass.

This is a high-impact role responsible for expanding revenue across strategic OEM, direct, and export customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will own the commercial relationship with key accounts, developing long-term partnerships and delivering sustainable growth.

Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service, you will ensure commercial commitments align with operational capability while supporting the broader strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and new business.
  • Build senior-level relationships within multinational and OEM customers.
  • Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion across branded, OEM, and technical product portfolios.

About You

  • Proven experience in Strategic Account Management or Business Development within B2B manufacturing, chemicals, or technical sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing complex, long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing, negotiation, and margin management.
  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional, international environment.
