Job Description

• Inspire and motivate the younger generation.
• Work alongside a team of Design Technology teachers.
• TLR opportunities: KS3 coordinator and pastoral responsibilities.
• ECT welcome: 1:1 mentor, bespoke induction, in‑house training and more.
• Full time & permanent, September 2026.
• MPS1‑UPS3 salary £39,571‑£62,135 plus TLR (size depending on experience).
• Located in the Borough of Wandsworth.

Person Specification

• UK QTS or in the process of gaining.
• Strong academic qualifications (degree, A‑levels, GCSEs).
• Meeting the eight teaching standards to a “Good” or “Outstanding” level.
• Aptitude to work within a large team of Design Technology teachers.
• Willingness to listen to feedback.
