Salary up to £45,000 Plus Vehicle, Travel Paid Door to Door and Package

North London/Essex

We are working with a medium sized, reputable facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a plumber to join the teams

Role:

• Carry out PPM, Remedial and Reactive works, and complete worksheets, in a timely manner to meet the client’s needs
• Project works, including heating and domestic services installations
• Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issues
• Working as either part of a two-person team alongside another experienced plumbing engineer or individually as the job dictates to perform general plumbing maintenance duties.
• Working with live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
• Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary

Person:

• You will be qualified in plumbing and must have copies of your certificates
• You will hold a full uk dirving licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in all aspects of plumbing, including screwed pipework fitting
• Experience of working in occupied dwellings and offices

Package:

• Base salary to £45,000
• Hours of work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Van, fuelcard, travel paid door to door
• Callout 1 in 4
• Overtime available
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension
