Floating Support Specialist – Community Housing

Corus Consultancy is seeking a Floating Support Worker to join our team in this hybrid role based from our Vauxhall office. You will manage a caseload of up to 27 clients, delivering person-centred support and regular key-working sessions to secure positive housing outcomes.

You will undertake risk assessments, advise on tenancy rights, and help clients build daily living skills while coordinating with housing pathways and external agencies.
