Driver Operations Performance Analyst

KeolisAmey Metrolink is seeking a Driver Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our driver operations. You will work with the Resource Delivery Manager to handle admin activities, analyse rostering data, and drive improvements to optimise driver performance and productivity.

You will collaborate with HR, Planning and Analysts, create dashboards and reports, and assist with system upgrades and new initiatives while upholding a zero-harm, inclusive culture.
