About the Role

You will be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering maintenance services in people’s homes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have the following:
- Sound experience and be ACS qualified and have CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), MET1, LPG and CPA1. If you do not hold all these please contact us as we may be able to support applications from newly qualified Gas Engineers for a Service only role.
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/ Heating/ Ventilation is essential.
- You will be a good communicator and can work well with customers and other trades.
- Full current valid driving licence essential as this is a mobile role.
- As you will be working in our customers’ homes you would also require a DBS check.

Compensation and Benefits
Basic salary of up to £42,592 per annum.
OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota.
25 days holiday plus opportunity to buy additional 5 days leave.

Other Information
This role is mobile and covers Worcester, so you will need to live here. It will also require being on the out‑of‑hours rota.
