As a **Customer Service Advisor** in our **Bolton Call Centre**, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support by phone and email. You’ll use your empathetic, customer-first approach to deliver outstanding **customer service** and uphold our “zero distance to customer” philosophy.You’ll use your **product knowledge** to resolve queries, guide customers through troubleshooting, and when needed, arrange **engineer visits** to ensure quick, effective solutions.
