Job Description:

The Head of Digital Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts and contributing to the company’s overall strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, advanced data skills, and a proven ability to deliver results while driving commercial success.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a cutting‑edge digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and vision

  • Lead and manage all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising

  • Oversee data‑driven decision‑making processes by analysing and interpreting complex datasets, customer insights, and market trends to optimise performance and identify new opportunities

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative and cost‑effective digital campaigns

  • Foster a compelling and consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence

  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals

  • Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and strategies

  • Ensure effective management and allocation of the digital marketing budget to maximise ROI

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape

  • Leverage commercial expertise to identify revenue opportunities and enhance profitability through effective marketing strategies



Requirements



  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are advantageous

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of leading and executing successful campaigns

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and growing high‑performing teams

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in leveraging data visualisation and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to inform strategy and decision‑making

  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels

  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and optimising profitability

  • Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing strategies

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
