The Head of Digital Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts and contributing to the company’s overall strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cutting‑edge digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and vision
- Lead and manage all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Oversee data‑driven decision‑making processes by analysing and interpreting complex datasets, customer insights, and market trends to optimise performance and identify new opportunities
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative and cost‑effective digital campaigns
- Foster a compelling and consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels
- Manage and mentor a growing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals
- Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and strategies

Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are advantageous
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of leading and executing successful campaigns
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and growing high‑performing teams
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in leveraging data visualisation and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to inform strategy and decision‑making
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
