Senior Payroll Transformation Business Analyst (Remote)

Soda is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Payroll Transformation programme. The role involves capturing payroll requirements and implementing a new payroll platform, cooperating with global and local payroll teams as well as vendors.

This role is remote but with occasional visits to the Reading office. Ideal candidates will have experience in payroll UAT, data migration, and a strong understanding of compliance and operational needs.
