• Identifying current and future hiring needs
• Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
• Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
• Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
• Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.

The Requirements

• Degree educated OR
• 6 months + Experience in Recruitment
• OR Experience in Sales (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
• Financially driven, ambitious and resilient
