Are you ready to take your FMCG sales career to the next level with a leading brand in the health & wellness space?

We’re working with a pioneering protein and recovery nutrition brand that has been leading the way in the ready-to-drink protein category for over 20 years. Known for their high-quality, great-tasting products, the business continues to grow, innovate, and diversify their range to meet the evolving needs of health-conscious consumers.

To support their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire a National Account Manager to manage and develop key Grocery retail accounts.

The Role

You’ll be joining a small, entrepreneurial team where you’ll have high visibility and autonomy to make an impact. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial success across major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage strategic grocery retail accounts
  • Develop and deliver commercial plans that hit sales and profitability targets
  • Lead JBP development and terms negotiations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, NPD, and Supply Chain
  • Use data and insights to drive growth and identify new opportunities
  • Provide account performance reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

The Person

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing grocery retail accounts within FMCG
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy
  • Collaborative, proactive, and organised approach
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and nutrition is a bonus!
