As part of our Crew you’ll essentially run and manage our office space, ensuring that every person who comes through our doors enjoys a first class experience.

It’s an extremely hands‑on role, requiring energy, passion, organisation and resilience to juggle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Throughout the 15‑month placement you’ll build foundational skills key to any job within advertising: collaboration, communication, time management, and gain exposure to client work and creative processes.

After completing the programme you’ll be given the opportunity to do a 6‑month placement in the department of your choice.

  • Client meeting set‑ups (catering and refreshments)
  • Courier bookings / incoming post
  • Office facilities support
  • Providing support at all Mother DAM events
  • Stock checking office and kitchen supplies
  • Sourcing and researching production props
  • Daily ad‑hoc purchases for staff and clients

  • Excellent time‑keeping, organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and handle a busy schedule
  • Clear communication, ability to pick up new information and build good relationships
  • Curiosity – interest in people, culture and creativity
  • Able to think on your feet, adapt to change, multitask, and knowledge of PC and/or Mac and Microsoft and Google suites
  • Desire and motivation to learn and develop; relish constructive feedback

Logistics

  • Hours – you’ll be required to work 5 days in the office, every week. The team work on a rota which changes weekly (shifts: 8am to 5pm / 8:30am to 5:30pm / 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm).
