What you’ll be doing…
As a Lounge Manager , you will lead the day-to-day operations of a premium airport lounge environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. You will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining service excellence, and driving high standards across all aspects of the lounge.Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the lounge, ensuring a premium guest experienceLead, motivate, and support a team of lounge hosts and service staffManage staffing, rotas, and performance to maintain operational efficiencyEnsure all food, beverage, and service areas are consistently presented to a high standardLiaise with suppliers and partners to ensure stock levels and quality are maintainedMonitor and respond to guest feedback, proactively resolving any issuesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company policiesDrive continuous improvement in service delivery and team engagementWorking pattern: 5 days out of 7
