Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Digital
Location: London (Hybrid)
A growing specialist recruitment business is expanding its technology and digital practice and is looking to hire experienced agency recruiters (180 or 360) to support increasing demand across large-scale transformation programmes.
The firm operates across complex, regulated and high-value environments, working with long-established clients delivering major digital, data and technology initiatives. Demand is strong, pipelines are full, and there is a genuine need to scale delivery.
What You’ll Work On
You will recruit into a mix of specialist technology and transformation areas, including:
- Cyber & Information Security
- Data, AI & Analytics
- Software Engineering & Architecture
- Change & Business Transformation
- User-Centred Design & Digital Experience
These roles sit within large enterprise, regulated and mission-critical environments where quality, security and delivery really matter.
The Role
Depending on your background, you will focus on:
- Delivering permanent and/or contract recruitment into live, business-critical projects
- Managing client relationships within established accounts
- Building specialist candidate networks across niche technical markets
- Working multiple roles in a fast-paced, delivery-focused agency environment
- Developing new business opportunities (for 360 consultants)
What They’re Looking For
- Current or recent experience in agency recruitment (essential)
- Background in technology, digital, transformation or professional services recruitment
- Comfortable managing multiple live roles and tight delivery timelines
- Commercially aware and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Able to work in London 3 days per week
