Senior Business Analyst

Location – Sheffield, UK (3days weekly from office)

We at Coforge are looking for a Business Analyst in Sheffield, UK.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Banking Delivery
• Support delivery of banking dashboards, MI reporting, and scenario testing activities aligned to business, risk, and regulatory objectives.

Work closely with the Delivery Lead to ensure requirements are

• Clearly articulated and documented
• Prioritised in line with business and regulatory needs
• Translated into sprint-ready backlog items
• Act as a hands-on contributor, supporting sprint planning, refinement, and delivery execution.
• Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
• Demonstrate Team Lead (TL) skills, supporting and guiding junior analysts as required.

Manage senior stakeholders across

• Business functions
• Risk, Compliance, and Operations
• Technology and Data teams

Data, Reporting & Technical Understanding

• Strong understanding of data flows, ETL processes, data lineage, and reporting architectures.

Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to ensure

• Accurate data sourcing and transformations
• Alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
• Support analysis of data quality, controls, and dependencies, critical in a regulated banking environment.
