Business Development Specialist – Finance & Restructuring | London
A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its Global Finance & Restructuring practice, with a strong focus on leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and restructuring.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in driving business development initiatives, supporting client growth, and delivering strategic campaigns across high-profile finance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support BD strategy across leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and restructuring
- Prepare high-quality pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
- Manage deal tracking, client intelligence, and market research
- Coordinate league tables, submissions, and thought leadership initiatives
- Support events, sponsorships, and client engagement activities
- Collaborate globally with BD, marketing, and communications teams
About You
- 3-6 years BD experience within a law firm or professional services
- Strong understanding of finance and restructuring markets (leveraged finance exposure preferred)
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
