Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking a Security Officer to join the Security team. The role is within a luxury hospitality setting with a focus on integrity, respect, teamwork and growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring checks and patrols related to FLHSS have been carried out and documented appropriately.
- Obtaining witness statements and writing incident reports.
- Investigating, administering and reporting all accidents and incidents.
- Conduct bag and locker searches in accordance with company guidelines.
- Being a key part of the Emergency Response Team, responding to FLHSS incidents promptly and professionally.
As a Security Officer, you will work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday. Shift patterns will vary between day and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays); flexibility is required where applicable.
To be successful, you will have previous experience as a Security Officer or Supervisor in a luxury hospitality setting, ideally in a medium-sized hotel. You should demonstrate discretion, reliability and trustworthiness.
